Massage - We have three licensed massage therapists available at Connie's. Each has several years of experience and offers a variety of massage types. The cost is $60 for a one hour massage.
Maxi Stress Reducer - Custom facial with steam and shoulder/neck massage. Spa pedicure in whirlpool bath with massage. Herbal scalp massage treatment. Shampoo and styling. Herbal tea or coffee served. Service time is approximately 4 hours.

Mini Stress Reducer - Custom facial with shoulder/neck massage. Spa manicure with an arm/hand massage. Service time is approximately 2 hours.

Peppermint/Seaweed Body Wrap - Treats unsightly cellulite. Light body exfoliation. Cleanses toxins. Tightens and tones your body, then conditions and softens skin. Options include a full body wrap or a wrap from the waist down.
Parafiin Body Wrap - Light body exfoliation. Conditions and moisturizes, soothes joint stiffness, calms and softens.
Traditional Spa Pedicure - You control the type of massage that feels best in our luxurious massage chair. Melt away stress and soreness in your back while you experience a warm aromatherapy jacuzzi footbath. Legs are massaged from the knee down to further reduce stress and soreness. Nails and cuticles are gently groomed and a soothing exfoliating mask is applied. Feet are dried and your choice of polish is applied.
Relaxation Spa Pedicure - Relax on a bed with your feet up. Done in a private candlelit room. Soothing music further calms you while your feet are bathed with aromatic essential oils. Feet are wrapped in warm towels and massaged before nails and cuticles are gently groomed. Polish of your choice is then applied. A unique, relaxing experience.
Reflexology - Based on ancient Chinese techniques, reflexology has been known to restore and maintain the body's natural balance to encourage healing. It helps in releasing tension and promotes relaxation through the manual stimulation of specific points of the feet. This gentle therapy is a truly relaxing experience which can be formed fully clothed. This treatment is performed by certified reflexology therapist, in a private room, with soft lighting and relaxing music. Service time is approximately 60 minutes.

Aveda Pure Plant Peel - This treatment provides instant exfoliation and radiance benefits of a 30% glycolic peel without the associated redness and irritation. You may purchase a series for extra savings.
Aveda's Tourmaline-Charged Exfoliation Facial - This facial provides deep exfoliation using the power of the mineral tourmaline. The texture of the skin is refined, leaving it smooth, radiant, and deeply infused with moisture to protect it from future damage. This facial is recommended for dryer skin types.
Essential Facial - This facial treatment includes a consultation, skin analysis, light exfoliation, deep cleansing with steam, a basic herbal mask, and a light moisturizer. This facial is recommended to keep normal skin thoroughly cleansed and healthy.
Four-Layer Facial - This treatment is designed to firm and tone the face. Layers of European seaweed emulsions are applied to the face, followed by a mineral-rich thermal mask. This treatment is recommended for facial detoxification. Your skin will be younger-looking, with a dewy fresh glow. Recommended for mature skin.
Aveda's Green Science Anti-Aging Facial - This facial utilizes products formulated with a powerful skin-renewing blend of organic, plant derived ingredients. Rich in antioxidants, it leaves the skin lifted and noticeably firmer. These facials are recommended to be done in a series of four. They may be customized with three different exfoliation choices:
- Basic - utilizes the Tourmaline-Charged Radiance Masque. Good for skin with some visible environmental stress.
- Advanced - utilizes the Tourmaline-Charged Skin Refiner. This provides added exfoliation. Recommended for more mature skin types.
- Ultimate - utilizes the Green Science Pure Plant Peel. This provides maximum benefit from the Green Science ingredients and increased skin refinement. Recommended for mature skin types.
Aveda's Outer Peace Skin-Clarifying Facial - Using powerful plant extracts, this facial leaves the skin very deeply cleansed while respecting the delicate moisture balance of the skin, helping prevent future breakouts. Extractions are done to remove even the deepest impurities. Recommended for teens and adults who experience hormone-related breakouts.
The Gentleman's Facial - Reminiscent of the traditional barbershop facial. Steaming facial wraps and aromatic herbals are applied, then the face is massaged, deeply cleansed, and rejuvenated. Experience the benefit and pleasure gentlemen have understood for centuries.
Eye Zone Treatment - Diminishes fine lines and puffiness in the eye area. Lymphatic draining is also incorporated into this service. This treatment can be added to any facial service.
