We are very
proud of our staff and would like you to meet them. We practice
the highest form of team service so that you can enjoy
the skills and talents of our entire staff of professionals.
To ensure consistent quality of service and technical skills,
all of our individual staff members must complete our in-salon
skill certification program as well as receive continuous
training units both in the salon and at educational centers
throughout the country. Many staff members choose to specialize
in certain areas and engage in intensive training. We want you to feel confident
knowing that you are in the talented and competent hands of a member of our team.
Now let us introduce ourselves to you... |

Connie Nash, Owner I
have been in the beauty business since 1963. What I have always
found most enjoyable is making people look great. When people have
confidence in their looks, they feel great about themselves...and
this is what is all about!
Back in the 60's, 70's, & 80's the emphasis of salons was on hair. The 90's and the new millennium has added the new challenge
of total skin and body care. To meet this exciting new challenge, I have been
developing and incorporating spa and hair services in our salon for you to experience
and enjoy. I am a native of the area, currently residing at
Quaddick Lake in Thompson. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and oil painting.

Clo Picard, Manager
I truly believe if you look good you feel good.
I love working with everyone from toddlers to seniors. Since I have fine hair
myself, I have many ideas and helpful suggestions to help you with this hair
type. I have been a stylist for 35 years, 34 of which has been here at Connie's.
I have always enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and progressive direction of this
salon. We work together as a team, sharing thoughts and ideas, always with the
objective of pleasing our clients. Some of my specialties include: various types of perming, creative coloring, including highlighting, and updos from the classic
to the wildest. I have taken special classes dealing with the handling and treatment
of mature skin as well as many advanced courses covering all aspects of the beauty
business. I am a native of the "Quiet Corner". My husband and I enjoy spending time with our family. I enjoy reading, crosswords and vacationing at the seashore.

Sue Wallace, Stylist
I enjoy my profession because it is exciting and there are always new and interesting things to learn and try. It is always rewarding
to make someone feel their best.
I have been a licensed stylist since September of 1986 and have worked at Connie's Salon my entire career. It is a great place to work!
Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The hours are somewhat
flexible which is important to me since I juggle family and profession.
I attend many educational events both in the salon and away. I am involved
in all phases of the business, but I specialize in hair color, perms and
updos. I especially enjoy doing styles for wedding and proms.
I am married and have a young son and daughter. We camp
in the summer and ski in the winter. In my spare time I enjoy working in my flower
garden and just spending quality time with my family.
